Program Overview

The Master in Translation is specifically designed to train professional translators; as such, it allows students to choose among several language combinations and types of translation that professional translators work with or are confronted to on the job market.For both of our Master programmes, students are required to write a dissertation on which they will be graded. In addition to enabling the academic staff to assess the students writing, critical thinking, and summarising skills, the dissertation also serves as a means to check whether they have mastered the professional skills acquired throughout the programme.

Any holder of a bachelor's degree delivered by a university in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation is entitled to enrol in the corresponding master programme, the candidate must pass the B2 level French language proficiency test , TOEFL and IELTS scores
