The stricto sensu Graduate Program began in 1991 under the name of the Graduate Program in Internal Medicine, being offered only to physicians. However, in order to meet other health professionals, it became known as Post-Graduation in Health Sciences and students with degrees in: Medicine, Nursing, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Physical Education, Dentistry, Biology are accepted as candidates , Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy.
