The Program looks at communication from the perspective of the interaction between literature and the media in the globalizing world of computers and the Internet. It aims at introducing the students to the different facets of the study of communication -- as a theoretical issue, as a pedagogical and practical tool and as an artistic phenomenon in the highly technologized world of the last century and the cyber world of today. It deepens the knowledge of the English and American Studies BA graduates of the way literature has become part of the world of electronic communication, of the processes of turning of the high modernist literary production into the popular bestsellers of post modernity, of the blurring of the boundaries between fact and fiction.

Completed higher education with Bachelors, average grade of the applicant's Diploma for higher education BA / BSc degree to be no less than the equivalent of Good 4 according to the Bulgarian system of grades, completed Application form or a letter of application containing a brief CV, Validated copy and a certified translation of a Diploma for completed secondary education including a supplement specifying the period of attendance and the grades in different subjects or a validated copy and a certified translation of a Diploma for completed higher education, document issued by a competent body certifying the applicant's eligibility to continue his/her studies in higher educational institutions in the country in which he/she has completed his/her secondary education or a document certifying the recognition of the applicant's Diploma for higher education acquired from a foreign educational institution, medical certificate issued no earlier than a month before the application procedure, photocopy of the applicant's passport / identity card, 4 recent photographs, declaration for the financial provision of the applicant for the period of study, Proficiency in English language at a level of at least B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
