This program will allow you to study the behavior of various clienteles and, more specifically, to analyze the different endogenous and exogenous factors directly or indirectly influencing their needs, their attitudes, their expectations and their satisfaction. In addition, you will be able to develop and implement intervention strategies applicable in social or commercial contexts and, finally, to formulate strategic and operational recommendations following the evaluation of these various interventions. You will be able to provide diagnoses that will allow you to better understand issues associated with different clienteles, and to develop intervention strategies applicable in social or commercial contexts.
