The MA in Musicology exposes students to a wide range of recent and past scholarship in musicology. Students receive advanced research training about significant issues relating to the history of music and its cultural, historical, and critical contexts. A Bachelor of Music in Music History, Bachelor of Arts with Honours Music, or equivalent, Demonstrated knowledge of bibliographical and research techniques, Submission of 1-2 recently written research papers, TOEFL ibT of 86 with no individual score below 20, IELTS of 6 out of 9, MELAB of 80 , CAEL of 60, Western English Language Centre- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, CultureWorks- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, Fanshawe College s ESL Program- graduation from Level 5, Advanced Academic Preparation, with a minimum 80% in all components
