All applicants should hold an undergraduate degree with a minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.3 (B average, or upper second class standing). PhD applicants typically hold a Master s degree from an accredited university, Applicants are required to submit an application, including a statement describing their research interests. International applicants whose first language is not English must submit language scores that meet or exceed: International English language testing system (IELTS) = Band 7.5,Paper-based TOEFL = 580,Internet-based TOEFL = 92, Michigan test = 85%, International applicants: Include a copy of your GRE results if you have completed the exam. GRE results are required for applicants applying for the Construction Engineering Management area.
