The University of New Brunswick Background

The University of New Brunswick is a significant public university with two main campuses. It is the oldest university in Canada that has the medium of instruction as English, and among the oldest public universities in North America. The University of New Brunswick was originated by a group of seven Loyalists who left the United States after the American Revolution.

The University of New Brunswick's most substantial development concurred with the baby boom when its Fredericton campus tripled in size.
