This program will empower you to help protect the health, safety and well-being of the public while preserving the environment. Oriented to the integrated and sustainable management of water, both in Quebec and elsewhere in the world, water engineering is based on infrastructure design, treatment, urban and river hydraulics, hydrology, optimization of uses, climate change, etc. The water engineer sometimes needs to specialize before tackling technical challenges of high complexity. The first step in this direction is through a master's program through which you will acquire specialized knowledge and advanced training. The master's degree is awarded to graduates with a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a diploma deemed equivalent.
