The Master of Health Information Science (MHIS) program is a joint graduate program with the Faculty of Health Sciences that will provide students with a fundamental knowledge in health and health care, including public health, health policy, and clinical health care, combined with expertise in knowledge organization and management, knowledge translation, patient information seeking behaviour and information ethics and policy.

Honours B.HSc., B.Sc., BA or equivalent from an accredited university, 78% overall average in the last two-full time years of the undergraduate degree, TOEFL ibT of 107 for the internet version, IELTS of 8 out of 9, Western English Language Centre- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, CultureWorks- successful completion of the High-Advanced level, Fanshawe College s ESL Program- graduation from Level 5, Advanced Academic Preparation, with a minimum 80% in all components
