In this program, you will study the legal dimensions of business from an applied and decompartmental perspective. Your learning will be based on the study of concrete situations related to the life of the company. You will address the legal issues of business law in a global perspective, while opening you to comparative law and interdisciplinarity. You will develop your professional skills, your creativity, your art of negotiation and mediation, etc. You will have access to an unparalleled choice of courses in Quebec and Canada: the Faculty offers more than 120 graduate courses. Among these courses, nearly thirty are unpublished and have no equivalent in Quebec. Almost all graduate courses are reserved for graduate students, as opposed to the practice of intercycles bachelor's and master's programs, which are widely used in English-language Canadian schools.
