Laval University

Program Overview

This program will provide you with advanced training in fundamental rights that will open you up to the realities of the job market. You will address the legal issues in fundamental rights while opening you to comparative law and interdisciplinarity. You will gain the skills to analyze the rules and practices in this area and apply them as a professional in everyday life. You will have access to an unparalleled choice of courses in Quebec and Canada: the Faculty offers more than 120 graduate courses. Among these courses, nearly thirty are unpublished and have no equivalent in Quebec. Almost all graduate courses are reserved for graduate students, as opposed to the practice of intercycles bachelor's and master's programs, which are widely used in English-language Canadian schools.
