Program Overview

This program will make you a competent and sought after person on the labor market, qualified to analyze the rules and practices of international and transnational law. You will address the legal issues of international and transnational law while opening yourself to comparative law and interdisciplinarity. At the end of your training, you will be trained in research and legal methodology and able to exercise your critical thinking in this area. You will receive first-class multidisciplinary training in international and transnational law. You will have access to an unparalleled choice of courses in Quebec and Canada: the Faculty offers more than 120 graduate courses. Among these courses, nearly thirty are unpublished and have no equivalent in Quebec. Almost all graduate courses are reserved for graduate students, as opposed to the practice of intercycles bachelor's and master's programs, which are widely used in English-language Canadian schools.
