This program will allow you to explore the subject and, ultimately, to be at the heart of many of today's and tomorrow's world-wide issues related to the environment, food, health and nutrition. security, energy and new materials. You will increase and deepen your knowledge of chemistry and you will learn the methods of advanced scientific research. You will have access to state-of-the-art scientific equipment: surface analysis, circular dichroism, polymer characterization, liquid and solid NMR spectrometry, FTIR spectrometry, thin film preparation and characterization, X-ray diffraction, chemical analysis laboratory, etc. You will also be able to access the services offered to researchers: electronics, mechanical manufacturing and glass blowing. Research activities in this field are subsidized by governmental or para-governmental organizations as well as by research contracts with companies.
