To train a superior professional with the necessary competencies to assume the management and direction of the companies and institutions that develop and execute real estate products,being responsible for creating,designing,directing and executing innovative,efficient,coherent,sustainable and socially responsible projects with effective and potential demands. .During the development of the studies,the students will obtain the necessary skills to incorporate significant changes in the management of companies and institutions,preferably in the real estate and construction sectors,based on the innovative use of product management that adequately considers the study tools,analysis and evaluation of market sensitivities,skills,needs,projections and financing options,conducive to increasing creativity and competitiveness,becoming leaders committed to the social and material development of the real estate industry and of the construction.

Hold an academic or professional bachelor's degree,CV,Thesis Project proposal and and minimum average GPA of Language 2.85.
