MA People Management and Organizational Dynamics

The Master in People Management and Organizational Dynamics was designed under a curricular mesh that maintains the tradition of responding to the challenges that professionals in the management of people and human teams in organizations must face. The program offers a curriculum that has a unique combination of learning,achieving a balance between the use of theories and the practical experiences that professionals face in organizations,and that will allow their graduates to deepen their knowledge in the area and enhance their career.It has two modalities (weekend for professionals and full time for recent graduates). Recognized for having an academic body that researches and publishes in leading international magazines. Furthermore,in recent years the program has positioned itself in first place in Chile in the Human Resources area.
