Program Overview

The objective of the Master in Mining is to train graduates with a strong analytical capacity and a solid base in disciplines related to Mining in the areas of Reservoir Assessment,Rock Mechanics,Mining Technology,Mining Planning,Mineral Economics and Sustainability. Graduates of the Program will be able to face complex problems of Mining Engineering using updated tools or developing their own solutions based on the training obtained in the Master; and lead research and technological development projects in mining companies. It is also expected that the graduate will have a global vision of the mining business as an orientation to decision-making in the workplace.
