Program Overview

The objective of this Program,created in 1976,is to train the student with formal knowledge and research experience in Astronomy,either to continue their Doctorate studies or to work in a broader professional field.The Master's Program lasts between 3 and 4 semesters of full dedication and includes the preparation of a thesis. During its completion,the student is expected to complete a general training cycle equivalent to 96 UD (Teaching Units). This cycle is made up of research courses and workshops. The thesis work must have a minimum duration equivalent to one semester.
