It is part of the Master's Programs in areas of Biological and Medical Sciences that seek that health professionals deepen advanced teaching in the basic and applied areas of Medicine,stimulating the development of scientific research.The objective of this master is to provide graduates advanced training in the study of nutritional and metabolic diseases and biochemical and pathophysiological bases of diet therapy and intensive nutritional assistance,in addition to offering systematic advanced-level training in the field of food. and nutrition,both in its basic areas and in its clinical and public health applications.The graduate must have the capacity to research,creatively participate in research and teach at the higher education level in the areas of food and nutrition. These characteristics will allow you to work as an academic,scientific researcher,public servant or consultant for private companies on issues related to your field of action.
