The Master's Program in Bioethics taught jointly by the Faculties of Philosophy and Humanities and Medicine of the University of Chile seeks to provide systematic academic training at a higher level in the specific areas of work and the particular contents of the disciplinary field of Bioethics,so that graduates can perform efficiently in both teaching,extension and academic research. Additionally,the Program also aims to provide the conceptual bases and sufficient theoretical inputs that allow graduate professionals to serve as active members in the various modalities of Institutional Ethics Committees.
