Program Overview

Offer students an updated knowledge of the theories and methods of the social sciences and in particular of contemporary sociology.Train students in the development of skills to observe and problematize social reality,with the aim of designing,recommending and producing changes in the social,economic and cultural environments.Enable students for the application and use of research in the analysis and evaluation of public policies.Enable students for high-level professional performance in both the public and private sectors.In the implementation of these objectives,the Master will be able to develop lines of specialization that the Academic Committee proposes at the time,mainly linked to the research topics that are developed in the Department of Sociology.
