The study program prepares experts in the field of development of municipalities, cities and regions. In addition, as part of the specialization in Sustainable Development and the real estate market, you will be qualified to deal with professional activities in the field of development, the real estate market, and the sustainability of human settlements and society. Specialization courses are focused on spatial planning, sustainable territorial development, urban marketing, architecture and historic preservation, the functioning of the real estate market, or financial and legal aspects of spatial development. As part of their studies, students have the opportunity to complete a professional internship to improve their skills and deepen their knowledge of the field - whether in the Czech Republic or abroad. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the department's project and research activities, thereby improving their future position on the labor market
