Program Overview

The core of the study is theoretically and historically oriented subjects mapping ways of thinking about television and radio media and their functions. The program introduces students to ways of analyzing television and radio production, dramaturgically grasping fictional and factual serial production on television and radio, understanding the area of new media formats or how to research the area of the media industry, including such problems as new distribution possibilities of Internet television, Internet piracy , changing audience practices, etc. A key part of the study is the preparation for the diploma thesis, during which the student acquires advanced methodological procedures and learns to apply them within the framework of specific research.
