The specialization of the study program focuses on the field of andragogy, the theory of management education and the theory of adult education. It is based mainly on pedagogy, psychology, management theory and organization, philosophy of education and sociology. The aim of the follow-up master's program is to create an environment for the preparation of qualified professionals working in the field of adult education, initial and further education and its management. Furthermore, to provide the necessary knowledge and create a theoretical basis for the development of skills and competences necessary for the performance of relevant professions.

A completed Bachelor s degree , an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
