Masters in Adult Education and Personnel Management

A graduate of an independent study has theoretical and professional knowledge of comparative andragogy, adult education policy and its transnationalization, social and special adult education, and knowledge and skills in adult education counseling. The graduate has theoretical and professional knowledge and skills in the areas of strategic human resources management in the organization, international human resources management and its intercultural aspects, labor law and personnel consulting. The graduate has professional knowledge of educational contexts of healthy and active aging and age management, has relevant theoretical and professional knowledge and skills in applied social psychology, work psychology and organization and psychology of adult learning.
