The graduate is ready to perform the teaching profession in a high- quality manner, in accordance with the requirements for beginning teachers formulated in the teacher standard being prepared. This means acting in accordance with the ethics of the teaching profession (that is, especially with respect for the pupil, his specific needs and possibilities, with efforts to develop the pupil's potential to his personal maximum), basing his professional activity on a wide range of knowledge and skills (subject, didactic, pedagogical-psychological -- knowledge of the goals and contexts of education, knowledge of the curriculum, knowledge of students, learning processes, classroom management, etc.). With this study, you will also get an excellent basis for doctoral studies.
