The graduate will acquire theoretical knowledge and specific skills from the disciplines needed for research and practice in areas focused on speech communication. They are familiar with the issues of phonological and acoustic description of sound construction of languages. Depending on his / her own choice of compulsory elective courses, the graduate is well versed in the issues of psychophonetic and socio-phonetic aspects of speech communication, in the field of natural speech communication and its culture and knows the basics of speech sound processing for speech technologies

A completed Bachelor s degree , an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
