Masters in Management and Supervision in Social and Health Care Organizations

The aim of the study is to prepare managers for middle and top management in the field of social, socio-health and health services. It is an evolving area that needs to adapt to the rapidly growing proportion of elderly people in the population and their needs, the growing lack of public budgets, the increasing demands for quality and efficiency of service provision, and the responsibilities of providers. The development of the provision of social and health services is based on the context of pan-European development, harmonization of the legal environment, availability, quality and methods of their evaluation.
