Program Overview

We will teach you: to participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care, to prepare standards of specialized procedures within the scope of your competence, to evaluate the quality of care provided in midwifery, to evaluate the risks of errors, to coordinate the work of members of the nursing team in your area of specialization, to identify factors affecting the quality of life of the patient and his relatives, to carry out research within the scope of his specialized competence, in particular to identify areas of research activity, to implement research activities and create conditions for the application of research results into clinical practice at his own workplace and within the field, to conduct education in the field of his specialization.
