Program Overview

The follow-up Master's Degree in History of Christian Art is a part of the study program General Theory and History of Art and Culture. It builds on the bachelor study program of the same name and specialization. The standard length of study is 2 years; The study is focused on the preparation for independent scientific and research work, on the inventive processing of serious problems in the field of the history of fine arts, with special regard to Christian art. The aim is to develop students' ability to approach art-historical problems independently and creatively.

A completed Bachelor s degree , an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
