Program Overview

The aim of the field is interdisciplinary preparation of university-educated workers for work in operational, control and research laboratories dealing with questions of clinical, toxicological and ecotoxicological analysis, production and testing of biopreparations, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Students can choose from a wide range of thesis topics within the Faculty of Science and other cooperating workplaces. Many students work on topics that are on the borderline of chemistry, biology or biomedicine, either directly in faculty laboratories or in the laboratories of a number of departments of the Academy of Sciences.

A completed Bachelor s degree , an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
