Social geography and regional development is a follow-up master's degree program, which is intended for applicants interested in obtaining a geographic education with an emphasis on the social components of the Earth. Graduates find employment in a wide range of positions in the private and public sectors. In the public sector, these are municipal and regional authorities and ministries (eg regional development departments, ministry of local development, etc.), where they deal with regional and territorial planning, environmental protection, European integration issues, etc. in regional development agencies, strategic planning firms, real estate agencies, consulting firms (market research, territorial localization of economic activities).

A completed Bachelor s degree , an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
