Social geography and regional development is a follow-up master's degree program, which is intended for applicants interested in obtaining a geographic education with an emphasis on the social components of the Earth. In the public sector, these are municipal and regional authorities and ministries (eg regional development departments, ministry of local development, etc.), where they deal with regional and territorial planning, environmental protection, European integration issues, etc. in regional development agencies, strategic planning firms, real estate agencies, consulting firms (market research, territorial localization of economic activities).
