Program Overview

The graduate is prepared to carry out complex restoration work on artistic and artistic-craft works made of stone, stucco, plaster and related materials, including the restoration of their historical surface treatments. In addition to the restoration of solitary objects, he is able to solve the problem of larger sets of works, collection funds and works that are part of architectural units, including the setting of a preventive conservation regime. The graduate manages the complex preparation of restoration and monument restoration, including restoration surveys, passporting and processing of documents for project documentation. He is also able to participate in scientific research projects focused on the care of monuments made of porous inorganic materials.
