Program Overview

Specialization Painting 1 is conceived as a studio for the study of both traditional painting techniques and their extensions into new, non-traditional or digital forms. The teaching is focused on determining and reevaluating creative artistic strategies and reflecting on their development. The development of the art of painting from the past to the present is followed and the findings are applied to the student's creative activity. He learns to work not only with the image surface and the form of expression of the theme, but also with the overall tone of the installation or understanding the impact of the artistic expression on the viewer
