A bachelor s degree or equivalent from a well reputed school of architecture, amount of relevant studies, academic performance of the applicant, quality of the application as a whole, including the portfolio, motivation letter, IELTS (Academic IELTS only): 6.5, and 5.5 for Writing, TOEFL ibT of 92, and 22 for Writing, (PTE A): 62, and 54 for Writing, C1 Advanced (former name Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English, CAE): A,B or C
