Master of science in geosciences in University of oulu

The goal of the Degree Program in Earth Sciences is to equip you to work as experts in different fields of Earth Sciences in a variety of public and private sector roles. It guides the understanding of the functioning of the Earth's geological sequences and the mechanisms behind the formation of geological formations and the exploitation of economic mineral enrichment, from exploration to the environmental issues of mines. Teaching in the degree program helps to apply the lessons learned in the exploration and exploration and exploitation of the Earth's natural resources, as well as in conservation. The Double Degree Master's Programme in Geosciences is a degree programme, which is done in a collaboration with Lule University of Technology, Sweden and Oulu Mining School. The aim is to provide the competence to work as experts in different fields of geosciences in the public and private sector. It guides them to understand the action of geological processes and the mechanisms of formation of different geological formations as well as utilizing mineral enrichments from explorations to environmental aspects of mines.
