"The objective of the Master's ""Gastronomy, Wines, Cultures and Societies - GVCS"" is to train students in the knowledge of tangible and intangible cultural heritage associated with gastronomic and wine cultures and their inventory, whether in its political dimensions. (definition of inventory and valuation policies), technical (production of inventories and valuation of heritage through the use of new information and communication technologies) and commercial (support in setting up and monitoring project)."
