In a global context of climatic, energy, political and economic uncertainty, bringing new urban issues (migrations, deconstructions, urban agriculture, loss of resources, etc.) the methods and tools of urban planning and land use planning , as they are still often used in project management, appear increasingly unsuitable. Simultaneously, alternative methods are being invented and sought through multiple initiatives, particularly from civil society.
