Program Overview

The objective of the training is to enable students to develop the skills necessary to bring out, design and manage projects in multiple organizational contexts. The program was built to train students to pass, if they wish, international certifications (PMI, Prince 2, Agile). Beyond the contributions concerning the methods, the content of the training allows students to adopt a strategic vision of project management and to develop their relational capacities to work in transversal mode and lead change.
