Program Overview

The course teaching aims to provide specialized training on the specificities of the management of public administrations and more particularly of local authorities. This course deals in depth with managerial (finance, management control, HRM) and legal (Public Service Delegation, Public-Private Partnerships, cooperation between communities, community accounting) issues.This course aims to train future executives destined to work for the public sector, in local authorities or public administrations. This master's degree is possible in initial training, apprenticeship, continuing education or distance learning (in partnership with the CNED).
