The FACo course completes the teaching of the common core of the Practices and Engineering of Training specialization , by providing theoretical and methodological knowledge on specific contexts of adult training, on the use of reflexivity and training advice, as well as on work analysis. It makes it possible to build skills based in particular on two disciplines particularly involved in the treatment of these aspects: cognitive sciences and labor sciences
