The Cultural Development and Territorial Strategies in Europe ACTOR course trains development and urban planning professionals, specializing in the cultural approach and in setting up European projects. At the end of the training, these professionals are able to mobilize the tools of planning and territorial strategy and to articulate them with the instruments specific to the cultural sector, and this in a European perspective.
