Program Overview

The Master in Materials Science aims to train high-level specialists in solid state physics and materials. This training is based on fundamental and thematic courses, in the field of physics in particular, which allow students, whatever the course followed, to understand the major issues related to properties, characterization, and elaboration of materials as well as the physical mechanisms involved.The High-performance materials engineering and sustainable development course is dedicated to engineering and development processes, shaping and characterization (in particular of metallic materials), as well as improving the performance of new materials respecting sustainable development. The concepts relating to sustainable development will be discussed throughout the course.
