"The Master ""Training and Optimization of Sports Performance"" (EOPS) aims to train in a triple skill: scientific, professional and sporting, allowing its holder to ensure the design, management and expertise of training programs, optimization of sports performance and re-athleticization. This Master provides access to professions related to physical and sports activities (APS) and is based on a multidisciplinary approach to training, re-training, physical, mental and nutritional preparation for the optimization of performance in respect for the health and well-being of practitioners."
