Master in Mention Civil Law

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

University of Montpellier

Program Overview

The teaching provided during the first year of the Masters degree in Personal and Family Law aims to ensure a common base of knowledge in the field, with a view to specialisation in the second year. It allows students to acquire new knowledge, particularly in Civil Law, and to give them a European dimension. The second year of the course allows students to study in greater depth the various rights relating to individuals and the family. The Master in 2 is open to apprenticeships. This specialisation enables students to take a critical look at the answers given by the law to the major issues of society, namely the human person, the couple and the child.
