Program Overview

The Masters degree in Insurance Law offers students with a Bachelor's degree in Law two years of specialisation in Insurance Law. The progressive training will enable the student to consolidate the bases of the law of obligations in order to be able to apply it to the subject of insurance. Students will discover the organisation and activities of the insurance industry and will then study the various contracts offered to individuals and companies, from their drafting to their execution, both amicable and contentious.
