Program Overview

The purpose of the Public Action Law course is to train highly qualified lawyers in public law able to master the fundamental legal concepts and notions of public law as well as research techniques and methods. The holder of the diploma is intended, subject where applicable to passing an entrance examination, to exercise either managerial functions within public bodies (State administrations, local authorities, European organizations) and private ( companies, SEML or SPL etc.), or administrative magistrate. The student will follow a specialized and in-depth education in the major legal disciplines of public action law. The student will put his knowledge and skills into practice by carrying out concrete legal expertise (legal clinic) or through periods of immersion in a professional environment (compulsory internship of at least two months). The student benefits throughout his training from personalized support adapted to the professional project he will have previously built with the teaching team.
