Program Overview

The Public Procurement Law course is aimed at students wishing to acquire a high level of competence in public contract law, allowing them to practice as a specialist lawyer in the legal services of public bodies (purchasing department of government departments). State, local authorities, public establishments, etc.) and private (economic operators acting as service providers or concessionaires of the administration, construction companies, SMEs, SEML or SPL etc.). The training alternates theoretical and practical lessons, general and specialized, in all legal disciplines relating to the award, execution and litigation of public procurement contracts.
