Program Overview

The work organization, diagnosis and human resources -OTDRH- career path combines human resources management, organizational analysis and change management. It offers courses in the sociology of organizations, work and professional relations, accounting/payroll, ergonomics, project management and HRM courses (GPEC, career management, remuneration policy, social negotiation, engineering training) provided by professionals (HRD/RRH, Consultants, Ergonomists, Lawyers). Its objective is to train professionals who are both qualified in HRM and able to provide companies with skills in change management and organizational improvement.
