MA Preservation of Monuments

Practice shows that there are only a few experts whose training includes both art historical, archaeological and architectural aspects of cultural monuments and is thus geared to the special features of these buildings. As a rule, connections between excavated structures are not taken into account. The aim of the 120 LP Master's degree in Conservation of Monuments is to provide students who have completed their studies in architecture, art history, an archaeological subject or related disciplines with in-depth knowledge of dealing with historical buildings and thus offer them an additional academic qualification.
