Program Overview

The Digital Humanities degree thus forms a bridge, so to speak, between the more 'traditional' humanities and computer science and therefore combines working methods and methods from both sides. On the one hand, the formalized and abstract description of all kinds of cultural objects is an important prerequisite for being able to process them with computers. On the other hand, the humanities have accumulated a complex knowledge about their subjects, without which any attempt to process them digitally will fail.
